More about Broadway Producer, Robin Gorman Newman

Robin won her first Tony/Drama Desk/Outer Critics Circle Award as a producer on the musical revival Parade in 2023. She was a producer on The Great Comet (Tony award nominated) and Fat Ham (Tony award nominated), and is currently on the producing team of The Who's Tommy that plans to tour nationally (Tony award nominated), Cabaret (Tony award nominated), Smash (coming spring 2025) and Museum of Broadway.  Robin has in fact been Tony award nominated for every show she has produced thus far.  She is VP of the Board of New York Theatre Barn, a non-profit incubator of new diverse musicals. She has conceived/led various panels for BroadwayCon and is a member of The Drama League. She is currently in early development, with a theatre colleague, on a musical inspired by Robin’s book HOW TO MARRY A MENSCH.
