You are invited to join us for an evening of hope, featuring a private walk-through and reception at the 100 Small Works of Hope exhibit.
The exhibit features small works by 30 women and non-binary artists working in NYC whose work was chosen to exemplify the concept of HOPE.
It is part of a curatorial project called We Create | NYC, which was founded in the darkest days of 2020 in order to fund and shines a spotlight on emerging women and non-binary artists, while offering exciting arts events to the public. It was founded out of the belief that the arts have a one-of-a-kind way to help shape and revitalize a place. And that artists are the life’s blood of New York City.
Join us for a private, guided walk-through of the show with curator and artist, Alexandra Jamieson, as well as a wine & cheese reception and the chance to meet four of the artists featured.
This event is for you if:
- you are interested in supporting female and non-binary artists
- you want to learn more about the creative & curatorial processes
- you would like to mix & mingle with fellow art-full New Yorkers (event is co-ed and open to all with an interest in the arts)
Full schedule:
6:30pm | Arrival & mingling
7pm | Guided walk-through & artist talk
8pm | close
Location:
Enter at the Southwest corner of 46th and Lexington - (AKA 466 Lexington Avenue).

We Create | NYC is a fiscal sponsor project of the New York Foundation for the Arts. Our non-profit fundraising allows us to show women and non-binary artists for no expense to the artists, and keeps 90% of sales in the artist's pocket!
