Inspired by our Sisterhood of Discovery series, these casual and intimate bi-weekly calls are designed as a way for Art-full members (and first-time non-member visitors) to start the week with intention and connection.

Each session includes:

• a short grounding meditation

• the chance for all attendees to check in with their sisters on anything that has come up since the last week

• the opportunity to discuss a pre-selected prompt

Each call is an invitation to deepen your connection with yourself and fellow members by showing up for one another consistently. Participants are encouraged to submit ideas for discussion prompts and many of the prompts will be determined by issues raised in the previous week's call which are relevant to all attendees.

Conversation will be lightly guided in order to ensure all in attendance feel seen, heard and validated in the service of building one another up through authentic support.

You are invited to show up as your full self, as you are - learning, growing and discovering more about yourself and one another along the way.

Please be sure to call from a quiet location where you feel comfortable participating as though we were meeting in person.

All sessions are free for Art-full members, and non-members are invited to attend one trial session before joining one of our three membership tiers.
