Art-full members are invited to join us on Wednesday, April 15, for an evening of art, community and fashion featuring an exclusive private guided tour of the Art x Fashion exhibition at the Museum at FIT, guided by Helen Lee.
This landmark exhibition explores the dynamic relationship between fashion and fine art, featuring over 140 garments, textiles, accessories, photographs, and artworks. From 18th‑century Rococo to late‑20th‑century postmodernism, Art x Fashion highlights how designers and artists have influenced each other across generations, challenging the traditional boundaries between fashion and art.
The exhibit celebrates the dialogue between creativity and cultural expression, showing how fashion can be both art and storytelling and providing insight into the artistry behind fashion design.
You are also invited to continue the evening with an optional member’s dinner at The Wilson, known for its modern American cuisine, seasonal ingredients, and lively, stylish atmosphere. It’s the perfect setting to reflect on the exhibition and connect with fellow members.
