Join us on Saturday, March 1st to kick off Women’s History Month with an all-new Studio Night with ArtsClub inspired by the remarkable Barbara Kruger. Dive into the world of visual art and language in this engaging, beginner-friendly workshop inspired by this iconic artist.
Famous for her bold, graphic compositions that combine striking imagery with powerful text, Kruger’s art challenges societal norms and explores themes of identity, power, and consumer culture.
After learning more about her process & inspirations, you’ll learn how to use imagery and text to create art that makes a statement and engages viewers on a deeper level. ArtsClub staff will supply materials to assist you in crafting a symbolic self-portrait.
All art materials are provided including a 9x12 canvas, acrylic paint, and coveralls or smocks to protect your clothing. A great opportunity to connect with your own creativity while also meeing fellow arts-minded women!

Ticket includes art history lesson and all art materials
