The day before (the oft-dreaded) Valentine’s Day has come to be known as a day for "ladies celebrating ladies,” and this event is all about showering yourself and your gal-pals with love, support, flowers, and chocolate!
Join the Women of Culture community for 2 hours full of flowers & chocolates sure to knock out any pre-V day (or general winter) blues.
First, you will learn the basics of flower arranging and make a valentine's-inspired bouquet (for yourself or your favorite gal pal) from Florist Elise Bernhardt of FleurElise. Elise brings her deep love & knowledge of dance, architecture, and site-specific art to the art of floral design. Her classes are highly interactive and provide a framework of design principles that students can use forever. You will leave not only having learned a new life skill but also having created a flower arrangement that looks like a work of art!
Then, sample some delicious treats from COCOA and learn more about how to fully taste and enjoy the vast variety of chocolates.
All in a beautiful indoor rooftop overlooking all of Manhattan!
Especially during this crazy time in the world, it is more important than ever that we take time to care for ourselves and celebrate our girlfriends, and this event is designed to help you do just that!
All tickets include flower arranging class & supplies (flowers & vase) and mini chocolate tasting, rooftop views and plenty of time for bonding with your favorite galentines.
