We are teaming up with ArtsClub Studios again on Friday, September 19 for a grounding and restorative Memory Shadowbox Workshop designed to help you make peace with the past and honor your personal journey.
The evening begins with a guided meditation, inviting you to reflect on cherished memories and moments of gratitude. You’ll then channel these reflections into a personalized shadow box that tells your unique story.
You’re invited to bring your own keepsakes — concert tickets, postcards, matchbooks from beloved restaurants, or other small treasures — to incorporate into your creation.
ArtsClub will provide all additional materials, including charms, seasonal décor, a photo printer, corks, postcards, and your shadow box frame.
Led by ArtsClub’s professional artists, this wellness session blends mindfulness and creativity, fostering a deeper connection between mind and body while building a meaningful studio practice in a supportive community.
