Did you know that you can enjoy art – and sound smart about it – without ever having taken an art class or studied art history? Art is truly meant to be enjoyed by all, and this workshop will help even the most left brain oriented attendees fall in love with the arts.

We are partnering with Six Degrees Society, a community designed to take the guesswork out of networking, to bring you this online networking event to help you learn how to sound smart about art, even if you have no art background or experience.

Attendees will get a quick, 10-minute art history primer along with an intro to the Contemporary art market. Learn the difference between art galleries and museums, the major players, and what the hell is an art fair! 

Then, learn how best to appreciate art and my five keys for maximizing any art-based experience, whether it be a museum, gallery or live performance. You will also discover your personal art persona in order to better understand what sort of art you like (and dislike).

This is a true primer designed for those who may have never even set foot in a museum or performance space to be able to discover the power of the arts in a welcoming and non-threatening environment. 

Curated Matches:  Before the programming aspect of the event, each guest will engage in two curated 15-minute connections, handpicked just for them, based on bios submitted pre-event via this form, or email events@sixdegreessociety.com with a copy.
