Join us on Friday October 4th for the Yayoi Kusama edition of the ArtsClub’s popular Studio Night series, in which you'll create your own Kusama inspired pumpkin!

Kusama is one of the world’s most widely recognized and commercially successful living artists, most famous for her paintings and sculptures of pumpkins. Her style is characterized by polka dots, organic forms, and optical illusions.

You will learn about Kusama's artistic journey - from her career as a young artist in Japan to international artistic stardom - and create your own polka dot paintings and pumpkins.

Please note:

• Event is hosted by ArtsClub studios, is gender inclusive and not exclusive to Women of Culture.

• Ticket includes art history lesson and all art materials, including a ceramic pumpkin and a 9x12 inch canvas.

• Coveralls/ smocks will be provided to protect your clothing.

• No art background or experience required - beginners are welcome!
