More about Hearttones Sound and Sound Healing:
Founded by Alice Dow, the mission of Hearttones Sound is to unleash the power of sound for well-being and healing. We use sound in its purest, unadulterated form to relax, soothe, comfort and inspire. With a variety of natural instruments and techniques, we can adapt sound to enhance almost any human experience such as focus groups, prayer sessions, meditation and mindfulness practices. We are dedicated to the exploring the most effective ways to use sound as a catalyst for self-regulation and inner peace.
Sound Healing is a noninvasive but impactful, relaxing and healing practice. Certified and experienced facilitators utilize the power of frequencies and vibrations through the use of chimes, singing bowls, gongs, drums, harps and more to create a chamber of sound waves. These techniques have been proven to open and expand minds, relax the body, induce a healing response that enables, clarity and new perspectives.
