Celebrate Bastille Day with an evening inspired by liberté, égalité, sororité — freedom, creative expression, and the power of women gathering in community.
Join us at Fabrik Tribeca for a special salon-style celebration that reimagines the French tradition of conversation, culture, and exchange through a contemporary, women-centered lens. Set within a vibrant creative setting, the evening invites guests to honor the spirit of Bastille Day while reflecting on what freedom, imagination, and connection mean in our own lives today.
The evening will begin with wine, mingling and an exploration of the prompt: What are you ready to illuminate? Then Melanie Roussoulet of Artisane Candles will lead guests through a hands-on workshop to craft their own bespoke candle while exploring scent as memory, mood, and aspiration.
As you select fragrance notes, you will consider what you want your candle to evoke—confidence, joy, courage, softness, romance, renewal, or possibility. More than a creative exercise, the candle becomes a personal symbol of hope, freedom, and the light each guest is choosing to carry forward.
Throughout the evening, salon-style conversations will spark meaningful exchange around art, culture, freedom, and what joie de vivre means to each of us for an illuminating evening celebrating the power of women coming together.

Full experience with candle-making for non-members: $90 first release; $100 full price
Full experience with candle-making for Art-full members: $80 first release; $90 full price
Premier members save an additional 20%.
Inclusions: All tickets include the candle-making workshop as well as wine & light bites.
