An Afternoon of Color & Culture: Private Guided tour of Jeffrey Gibson at the Broad | 7/13
Experience this exclusive art event on Sunday, July 13th, as we explore one of the most ground-breaking exhibitions of the year: Jeffrey Gibson: the space in which to place me. This vibrant, powerful show—fresh from the 60th Venice Biennale—is making its only West Coast stop at The Broad, and we’re offering exclusive access through a private guided tour.
Jeffrey Gibson, a trailblazing Indigenous artist, made history as the first Native American to represent the U.S. with a solo pavilion at the Biennale. His work fuses bold color, intricate beadwork, prismatic murals, and rich storytelling that centers Indigenous and queer voices, resilience, and the celebration of identity.
This is your chance to:
Witness a globally acclaimed exhibition that challenges, inspires, and uplifts.
Experience art that speaks to themes of belonging, transformation, and joy.
Connect with a community that values creativity, diversity, and meaningful dialogue.
After the tour, connect with fellow art-full Angelino’s over a delicious lunch at Vespaio and make new friends and connections with whom to discuss the exhibit and perhaps return to the museum to explore further.
